Belfast Police beat: Theft, operating under the influence

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Aug. 21-25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Aug. 15 (late entry)

    Chase M. Marin, 28, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Searsport Avenue.

    Aug. 21

    Pia K. Walker, 46, of Liberty, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Union Street.

    Donald W. Osthoff, 23, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on High Street.

    Elizabeth M. Kilby, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on High Street.

    Aug. 22

    Mark. W. Woodrow, 54, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (30-150 days) on Route 1.

    Theodore A. Berry, 24, of Rockland, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and failure to give the correct name, address or date of birth on Northport Avenue.

    Margaret M. Johnson, 49, of Liberty, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Main Street.
