Belfast Police beat: OUI, domestic violence, criminal mischief

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Dec. 20-31. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Dec. 20

    Courtney Gibbs, 23, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for operating with an expired temporary registration plate and operating after suspension on Route 1.

    Dec. 23

    Sarah Fink, 55, of Belfast, was issued a summons for arson on Midcoast Drive.

    Dec. 24

    Lucas P. Perrigo, 34, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence criminal mischief on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Dec. 28

    Justin Jernigan, 27, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence criminal mischief, obstructing the report of a crime, and violating conditions of release on Searsport Avenue.

    Philip Dulude, 49, was arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and criminal mischief on High Street.

    Dec. 29

    Olivia E. Carpenter, 22, of Troy, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Main Street.

    Dec. 30

    Anna Lisa M. Fournier, 26, of Waldo, was arrested for operating under the influence on Waldo Avenue.

    Dec. 31

    Travis E. Ellsworth, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on High Street.
