BELFAST— The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity March 1-29. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

March 1

Silas A. Roberts, 42, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Searsport Avenue.

March 2

Jennifer Bowers Carriere, 57, of Freedom, was issued a summons for speeding 39 mph in a 15 mph zone on Swan Lake Avenue.

Nicole Jessica D. Hughes, 21, of Waldo, was issued summonses for operating without a license and speeding 38 mph in a 15 mph zone on Swan Lake Avenue.

Leanne M. Salo, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Main Street.

March 3

Roland G. Gervais, 63, of Winterport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Searsport Avenue.

March 4

Karen E. Araiza, 58, of Narberth, Pa., was arrested for operating under the influence and failure to stop at a stop sign on High Street.

Brian B. Wilson, 22, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief on Waldo Avenue. He was also issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.

Jodi L. Gilbert, 42, of Brewer, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Belmont Avenue.

March 5

Philip Dulude, 49, was arrested for criminal trespassing and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Waldo Avenue.

Sarah Leclerc, 26, of Brooks, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street.

March 7

Heather L. Frey, 38, of Swanville, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 1.  

March 22

Alva B. Pollard, 51, of Searsmont, was arrested for operating under the influence on Belmont Avenue.

March 23

Peter A. McCaffrey, 46, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release, burglary of a motor vehicle and operating while license suspended or revoked on Starrett Drive.

Richard Gainer, 32, was arrested for (two counts of) unlawful possession of schedule W drugs on Northport Avenue.

David Martinez, 44, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating after habitual offender revocation on Waldo Avenue.

March 25

Eliza Clark, 19, of Northport, was issued a summons for speeding 74 mph in a 45 mph zone on Lincolnville Avenue.

March 26

James Durand, 27, of Clinton, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Swan Lake Avenue.

March 27

Jacob R. Amber, 34, of Rockport, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 1.

March 29

Eryn L. Porter, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for hindering apprehension on Doak Road.
