Belfast Police beat: OUI, assault, criminal trespass, speeding

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity March 2-9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    March 2

    Jennifer Bowers Carriere, 57, of Freedom, was issued a summons for speeding 39 mph in a 15 mph school zone on Swan Lake Avenue.

    Nicole J.D. Hughes, 21, of Waldo, was issued summonses for operating without a license and speeding 38 mph in a 15 mph school zone on Swan Lake Avenue.

    Leanne M. Salo, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Main Street.

    Trisha L. Limeburner, 39, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Main Street.

    March 3

    Roland G. Gervais, 63, of Winterport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Searsport Avenue.

    March 4

    Karen E. Araiza, 58, of Narberth Penn., was arrested for operating under the influence on High Street and issued a summons for failure to stop at a red light.

    Brian B. Wilson, 22, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence, domestic violence assault and criminal trespass on Waldo Avenue and issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.

    Jodi L. Gilbert, 43, of Brewer, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Belmont Avenue.

    March 5

    Philip J. Dulude, 49, was arrested for criminal trespass and theft on Waldo Avenue.

    Sarah A. Leclerc, 26, of Brooks, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street.
