    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity March 31 - April 9. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Feb. 28 (late entry)

    Randi L. Morse, 34, of Northport, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Starrett Drive.

    March 31

    Shay A. Harford, 30, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.

    Jessica Chazin, 39, of Montville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Patrick S. Curtis, 40, of Hope, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Lincolnville Avenue.

    April 2

    Elisabeth Bormet, 35, of Belfast, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, operating with an expired license (90+ days), use of drug paraphernalia, and inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance and operating after suspension on Crocker Road.

    Joseph M. Kulich, 38, of Camden, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 141.

    Sandra D. Byrd, 58, of Morrill, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 1.

    Brandon R. Thompson, 32, of Belfast, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 141.

    Theodore Lawrence, 25, of Brooks, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Jonathan S. Tucker, 56, of Camden, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to register a vehicle (30-150 days) on Main Street.

    April 4

    Dean E. Willis Jr., 71, of Belfast, was issued a summons for misuse of the emergency 9-1-1 system on Swan Lake Avenue.

    April 5

    Saxton E. Jones, 21, of Northport, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on High Street.

    April 6

    Brian D. Carrara, 28, of Waldo, was arrested for operating under the influence and criminal mischief on High Street in Belfast.

    April 8

    Matthew A. Sylvester, 32, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Cross Street.

    April 9

    Luke P. Morzanti, 35, of Gile, Wis., was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention, driving to endanger, operating under the influence, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, and eluding an officer on Searsport Avenue.
