    The following cases were closed in Belfast District Court April 10-16.

    Sean R. Anderson, 33, of Liberty, refusing to submit to arrest or detention in Belfast Feb. 23, 10 days in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast Feb. 23, 10 days in jail.

    Christian Arsenault, 25, of China, causing death of a person while committing a traffic infraction in Palermo Jan. 16, 2013, license suspended for six months and $1,000 fine.

    Eric C.M. Bachand, 20, of Rome, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 25, $250 fine.

    Peter A. Bailey, 28, of Northport, criminal trespass in Belfast Feb. 28, $250 fine.

    Tyler J. Baker, 23, of Hampden, passing a stopped school bus in Belfast March 3, $250 fine.

    Daniel Lee Beeton Jr., 26, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 13, three days in jail and $500 fine.

    James R. Bohan, 54, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Waldo Feb. 23, $250 restitution and $200 fine; violating conditions of release in Waldo Feb. 23, three days in jail.

    James R. Butcher, 30, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 12, dismissed.

    Virginia A. Dourant, 45, of Montville, operating a vehicle without a license in Montville Feb.21, $200 fine.

    Alicia M. Dunn, 48, of Liberty, operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast March 14, $150 fine.

    Eric Dupray, 42, of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 8, dismissed.

    Thomas C. Fish, 25, of Belfast, operating under the influence in belfast Feb. 14, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine.

    Luke S. Gallant, 19, of Frankfort, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 24, $400 fine.

    David J. Grant, 33, of Corinth, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit in Winterport March 6, $500 fine.

    Porsche L. Gross, 20, of Belmont, minor consuming liquor in Belfast Feb. 11, $350 fine.

    Nicholas W. Hamel, 19, of Palermo, disorderly conduct (loud noise) in Palermo April 14, 48 hours in jail.

    Neil W. Kirby, 18, of Waldo, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont Feb. 14, $400 fine.

    Benjamin E. Kormann, 20, of Thorndike, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Thorndike Feb. 16, $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia in Thorndike Feb. 16, $300 fine.

    Leslie M. Maheu, 43, of Palermo, operating under the influence in Palermo Feb. 10, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Randal A. Marriner, 55, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault in Searsmont Jan. 27, 20 days in jail; obstructing the report of a crime in Searsmont Jan. 27, 20 days in jail.

    Daniel R. Matonic, 54, of Baileyville, attaching false plates in Freedom Dec. 9, $150 fine; operating a vehicle without a license in Freedom Dec. 9, $150 fine.

    Nickolas C. Ortiz, 38, of Belfast, terrorizing in Belfast Oct.1, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Oct. 1, dismissed.

    Eric S. Peters, 22, of Belfast, attaching false plates in Searsport Feb. 12, $150 fine.

    April N. Pickering, 28, of Morrill, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property in Morrill Aug. 30, 2013, dismissed.

    Michael H. Reynolds, 38, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Jan. 22, dismissed.

    Heather Richardson, 29, of Troy, operating under the influence in Troy March 13, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Willard G. Rogers, 46, of Liberty, allowing a dog to be at large in Liberty March 20, $50 fine.

    Cassie O. Simon, 32, of Enfield, failure to register in a timely manner a bear, deer, moose or turkey in Islesboro Nov. 6, $200 fine.

    Lillian M. Starrett, 62, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 18, dismissed.

    Keith Tracy, 54, of Northport, disorderly conduct (loud/unreasonable noise) in Belfast Aug. 16, 48 hours in jail; domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast Aug. 16, dismissed; violating conditions of release in Belfast Nov. 22, 48 hours in jail.

    Jesse L. Witherell, 38, of Belfast, failing to make an oral or written report of an accident in Knox Jan. 17, $400 fine.
