    Karen A. Bailey, 63, of Belfast, allowing a dog to be at large in Belfast Dec.13, $50 fine.

    James R. Bohan, 54, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Jackson Oct. 18, $750 fine.

    William S. Buker, 22, of Vassalboro, assault in Freedom Nov. 23, 2010, $300 fine; unlawful sexual contact in Freedom Nov. 20, 2010, dismissed.

    Carl A.Burch, 43,of Ellsworth, attaching false plates in Stockton Springs Oct. 10, $150 fine; violating conditions of release in Stockton Springs Oct. 10, $200 fine.

    Ronald A. Cook II, 34, of Searsport, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Winterport Nov. 7, $250 fine.

    Tracey Cushman, 28, of Brooks, use of drug paraphernalia in Winterport Nov. 7, $300 fine.

    Evan J. Damuck, 21, of East Haddam, Conn., motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over posted limit in Winterport Oct. 1, $750 fine.

    Sarah Double, 24, of Bangor, violating a protection from abuse order in Unity Dec.31, $250 fine.

    Michael Corey, 42, of Brewer, driving to endanger in Winterport Aug. 29, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

    Kyle L. Downs, 21, of Knox, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Oct. 25, $250 fine.

    Jamie Drinkwater, 54, of Northport, hunting without a valid license in Northport Nov. 15, $100 fine.

    Haleigh M. Duclos, 21, of Unity, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Sept. 4, $500 fine.

    Christopher Dunlop, 28, of Belmont, operating after registration suspended in Belfast Nov.1, dismissed.

    Sheryl Durkee, 57, of Jonesport, criminal mischief in Islesboro June 16, dismissed; criminal trespass in Islesboro June 16, dismissed.

    Wayne E. Ely, 49, of Searsport, noise disturbance (dog barking) in Searsport Dec. 2, $100 fine.

    Richard M. Farrar Jr., 54, of Unity, use of drug paraphernalia in Morrill Nov. 12, $300 fine; possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Morrill Nov.12, $350 fine.

    Kenneth A. Fay, 58, of Ridley Park, Pa., operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo Nov. 23, 2012, six days in jail and $600 fine; violating condition of release in Palermo Nov. 23, 2012, dismissed.

    Trey L. Harford, 22, of Swanville, displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate in Stockton Springs Sept. 24, $150 fine.
