    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Belfast District Court July 24 to Aug. 9.

    Jeremy Arpan, 34, of Belfast, violating conditions of release in Searsport March 3, five days in jails and $10 restitution.

    Jonathan Drew Bias, 27, of Unity, possession of a useable amount of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces) in Unity May 31, $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Unity May 31, $300 fine.

    Steven C. Bradley, 45, of Augusta, negotiating a worthless instrument (bad check) in Belfast May 11, $263.35 restitution and $200 fine.

    Travis J. Curtis, 31, of Frankfort, obstructing government administration in Frankfort June 8, three days in jail; hindering apprehension or prosecution in Frankfort June 8, three days in jail.

    James Dooling, 43, of Belfast, operating with no identification/validation displayed in Searsport May 22, $100 fine.

    Amanda Dunham, 25, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Unity May 30, $250 fine.

    Vanessa L. Gallant, 26, of Jackson, criminal speeding in Jackson June 3, $1,000; sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Jackson April 16, $300 fine; possession of a useable amount of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces) in Jackson April 16, $350 fine.

    Raymond J. Garrey, 54, of Franlin, Mass., possession of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces) in Palermo May 24, $350 fine.

    James Guptill, 27, of Waldoboro, engaging in activities while suspended in Islesboro June 17, $1,000 fine.

    Selena D. Kinney, 42, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument (bad check) in Belfast May 7, $579.52 restitution and $400 fine.

    Rhonda L. MacLeod, 48, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked in Stockton Springs June 13, $250 fine.

    Daniel P. Maresh, 28, of Gorham, sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Palemo May 27, $300 fine; possession of a useable amount of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces) in Palermo May 27, $350 fine.

    Israel Allen Maresh, 36, of Belfast, allowing a dog to be at large in Belfast June 7, $50 fine.

    Zackary B. Marston, 22, of Morrill, operating under the influence in Belfast June 23, license suspended for 90 days and $600 fine.

    Krystal Martin, 21, of Hampden, failure to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Winterport May 14, $200 fine.

    Richard A. O’Donnell, 22, of Palermo, sale and use of drug paraphernalia in Morrill May 24, $300 fine; possession of a useable amount of marijuana (up to 1.25 ounces) in Morrill May 24, $350 fine.

    Christopher K. Patten, 43, of Northport, driving to endanger in Waldo June 20, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating without a license in Waldo June 20, $150 fine.

    Tonya J. Ray, 38, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Swanville May 8, $500 fine.

    Billy Jo Sherman, 32, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked in Liberty May 9, $250 fine.

    Timothy S. Simmons, 49, of Waldoboro, commercial shell-fishing without a license in Islesboro June 17, $100 fine.

    John Skillings Sr., 38, of Belfast, domestic violence terrorizing in Swanville July 7, dismissed.

    Jonathan G. Smith, 57, of Bucksport, criminal speeding in Liberty May 30, $500 fine.

    Alan G. Thomas, 50, of Freedom, domestic violence terrorizing in Palermo July 4, 30 days in jail.

    Ronald J. Thomas Jr., 23, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Feb. 22, $250 fine.

    Frank Trocco, 65, of Montville, failure to register a vehicle in Belfast June 16, $100 fine.

    Paul R. Walsh Jr., 23, of Belfast, burning prohibited material in Searsport June 1, $100 fine; burning without a permit in Searsport June 1, $100 fine.
