ROCKLAND — Dreams do come true! Catharine McCann has been studying photography at the Art Loft for several months, taking both group classes and private classes with Karen Olson.

This weekm she received an unexpected surprise. Her works, 'Wheels' and 'Waiting for the Ferry' were both recognized with First and Third place in the Amateur Photography division of the Maine Lobster Festival sponsored by Camden National Bank. She also has her photographic art available for purchase at Boston and McKay in Camden. Catharine has a keen eye for the perfect shot and strong composition and has just this year been offering her work to the public. She attributes her study at the Art Loft to her success.
