CAMDEN — Certified Aromatherapist, Nancy Lubin, brings a roaming mind and a willing heart to explorations that have taken her from life on a wilderness farm in Western Maine as a hand-weaver designing textiles for recognized national brands to cooking on an ocean racing sailboat. She has lived in Camden for 30 years, integrating her journeys through Jean Houston's Mystery School, membership in the American Holistic Medical Association, and ongoing training in many health supporting practices. Her passion for plants and creativity form the foundation of a practice dedicated to support the essence in each one of us.

On Thursday, August 24, she will speak to Camden Garden Club members and guests about the origin of essential oils, how they are produced and how they can be safely used to ease aches and pains. The meeting is free, and open to the public, and will be held at the First Congregational Church, 55 Elm Street, Camden beginning at 9:00 a.m. Camden Garden Club is a member of the Garden Club Federation of Maine and National Garden Clubs, Inc. Guests and prospective members are always welcome. For more information about the club and its activities visit www.camdengardenclub.com or contact camdengardenclub100@gmail.com.
