The Midcoast sports scene was busy with several sporting events on Thursday, April 27.

Below are the scores and stats for those contests that were reported to our sports department.

7th Grade Softball: Medomak 27, Bristol 0

On the mound for Medomak was Alyssa Creamer (four innings, seven strikeouts, three walks) and Ellie Ashmore (one inning, three strikeouts, two walks, one hit).

At the plate for Medomak: Autumn Ripley (single, RBI), Lucy Jameson (two singles, double, five RBIs), Lizzy Swan (two singles, three RBIs), Taylor Podraski (triple, single, three RBIs), Emylee Bryant (single, two RBIs), Creamer (single), Baylee Stewart (two singles, RBI), Cameron Baines (two singles, two RBIs), Zaniah Pulchalski (two singles, RBI). 

On the mound for Bristol was G. Farrin (five strikeouts, 15 walks, 16 hits). 

At the plate for Bristol: M. Fitzpatrick (single).
