UNITY — Albin C. Davis, 77, passed away Aug. 1, 2015, at his residence in Unity. He was born in Stamford, Conn., on Dec. 17, 1937, to Benjamin and Marie (Albin) Davis.

Albin was an arborist who enjoyed gardening and loved animals. He was also an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and trapping. Albin loved his wife and daughters dearly.

He was predeceased by his parents and a sister. Albin is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Diana Davis of Unity; his children, Deborah Bryant and her husband, Clayton, of Thorndike, Cynthia Davis-Roos and her husband, Douglas, of Tallahassee, Fla., Cheryl Tromblee and her partner, Fred Pereau, of Port Henry, N.Y., and Jennifer Lewis and her husband, Al, of Troy, N.Y.; a sister, Wendy Wotring and her husband, Mark, of Raleigh, N.C.; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and special friends Ron and Linda Osborn.

A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Those who wish may make donations in Albin's memory to wildlife preservation.
