LANDISVILLE, Pa. — Alan Di Giovanne, 62, of Landisville, Pa., passed away March 5, 2013, at his residence. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Gilormo and Mildred (Korszniak) Di Giovanne.

Alan proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War, from 1969 to 1973, in the 99th Bomber Wing Strategic Air Command. He will be missed by his family and his two dogs, Zoe and Bailey, who he treated as his children.

Alan worked for the MRI Group of Lancaster General Hospital for approximately 11 years as the research and development specialist. Prior, he was an applications specialist for Siemens specializing in MRI/CT technology and as a CT technologist at Mercer Medical Center in Trenton, N.J.

Alan is survived by two brothers, Lawrence Di Giovanne (Margaret) of Lincolnville and James Di Giovanne (Susan) of Lumberton, N.J.; several nieces and nephews; and great-nephews and great-nieces.

Funeral services and interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
