Adult Ed classes beginning in November and December

ROCKPORT — Five Town CSD Adult and Community Education has a wide variety of classes starting after October.

Gardening:  Bob Emmons’ Lessons Learned in the Garden 2014 on November 20, for a discussion centered around what worked this year, and what didn’t.

Cooks:  Sushi on November 12; Pies and Tarts on November 4; Butchery on November 12; or Cooking Lebanese II, added to November 6.

Crafters and artists: Basket Weaving beginning on November 4; Sewing Heirloom Teddy Bears starting on November 6; Acrylic Painting beginning December 4; and Polymer Clay Kaleidoscope starting on November 24; and an added class for Zentangle, beginning November 12.

Health: Healthy Naturally with Essential Oils on November 12; Rita Haas’ Cooking for Health Five Transformations series - covering heart on November 5, Diabetes and Hypoglycemia on November 19, elimination on December 3, and overall vitality on December 17; and a free session on the Affordable Care Act for people planning to enroll in 2015.

Other classes include Genealogy, Intermediate Spanish, Preparing Your Estate Plan, Pickleball, eBooks, Focus on Fixed Income, Apple TV, Social Security, Word, and QuickBooks Intermediate.

Most classes are at Camden Hills Regional High School, 25 Keelson Dr., Rockport.
