Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us!  First things first - in May of 2017, we purchased the former CrossFit gym that operated at this location, but we are not affiliated with CrossFit.  

Whatever “getting fit” looks like to you, we can help you get there.  Regardless of your current level of fitness, we consider it our pleasure to help you find a path to better health.  We have members that range from competitive, hardcore workout enthusiasts, to senior citizens recovering from injury or surgery, and everyone in between.  

Recently a trainer was overheard answering a question from a prospective client about “why this gym?” and the answer was, “You don’t find this kind of atmosphere in other gyms; people are friendly, supportive, and everyone operates with a great sense of humor!”.  That works for us!
