Presented by Chef Stefano Corvucci, Owner, Culinary Institute of Bologna and Nancy Harmon Jenkins, Mediterranean cuisine author, speaker, radio & television commentator

Make reservations now for a sumptuous meal prepared by renowned Italian chef  Stefano Corvucci! The evening will begin at 5:30 pm with wine, appetizers and a talk by internationally acclaimed food writer Nancy Harmon Jenkins on the health benefits of a Mediterranean diet. Then, savor four mouth-watering courses, featuring Corvucci’s traditional Bolognese cuisine made with ingredients produced in Maine and Fiore Artisan olive oils and vinegars. Chef Stefano will introduce and discuss each course as it is served. Copies of Jenkins’ latest cookbooks available for purchase at a discount (cash only) and signed by the author.

Half of the proceeds from the event will support Music & Memory℠, a music-based initiative now offered to residents of Quarry Hill's Courtyard, our secure residence for the memory-impaired. The program is designed to help those with dementia reconnect with their memories, their loved ones and themselves.
