August 10 – August 14, for Campers Entering 1^st & 2^nd grades.

Herring Gut’s newest summer camp program for students entering grades 1 & 2.  Come explore what critters and treasures you may find along our rocky shore. Learn about the world beneath the waves through stories, projects, games and songs.  Learn how to tread lightly like a sand piper, make works of art with seaweed and seashells and find creatures amidst the pools of the intertidal zone.  Enjoy the seaside surroundings on Herring Gut’s beautiful campus!

Camp runs Monday-Friday from 8:30a.m. to 3:30p.m. with a shuttle available from Thomaston.
