Restorative Yoga Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
Make the space for centering of your breath and body during a restorative yoga practice- aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Props are incorporated to create ease in the pose, to completely relax and rest.
