QUICK & FUN MEAT "LOAF"
1 loaf of French Bread
4 tablespoons FIORE Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1-1/2 lbs lean ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup bread crumbs or panko
1 egg
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup FIORE Espresso Balsamic
1/2 cup ketchup
Slice the French Bread in half lengthwise. With the sliced side up, cover the bottom and sides of bread with foil. Drizzle cut side of bread with olive oil. Mix remaining ingredients together (use only 1-1/2 cups cheese) and spread on bread. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for ½ hour or until brown. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and put under broiler to melt.
