Earlier this month Maine Coast Construction received a VIP invitation to a “Derby Tante” for Mid Coast Maine’s local roller derby team, the Rock Coast Rollers.  In August, Maine Coast Construction was a sponsor of RCR’s last game of the season which took place at the MCC-built Mid Coast Recreation Center in Rockport.

Project Manager Randy Boyer attended the event with his wife Jeanie.  VIPs received corsages and free admission to the event.  MCC Administrative Assistant Rachel Albury, who volunteers for the Rock Coast Rollers as a “Jeerleader”, also attended the event.

Raffle tickets were sold to raise money for the team and among the prizes was a free gutter cleaning from Maine Coast Construction which was won by RCR skater “Headda Flame”.
