Unlike most commercial brands, Tide Mill Creamery's kefir is traditional, authentic, and live, made using the original "mother culture".

Friday, July 25, is the Belfast Co-op's monthly 'Love LOCAL Day', celebrating Maine's bounty. Tide Mill Creamery (Edmunds) will be providing free samples of their products between 11am and 3pm, which will be discounted 10% all day.

Love LOCAL Lunch Special will highlight local Maine ingredients, and ALL Maine products will be discounted 10% all day! And, we're open until 9pm on 7/25 for our Final Friday Art Opening & Wine Tasting, so you have an extra hour to take advantage of these great savings.

Over the past year, Co-op customers purchased over $1,775,000 in local (Maine-grown, raised, harvested and produced) products. The Co-op stocks over 2,200 Maine-made products.
