The Jr. Trainer workshops offer a great opportunity for youth to learn dog handling and positive reinforcement training techniques with our dog trainer, all while having fun with dogs!
The Jr. Trainers will learn the right way to greet and walk a dog. They will then go on to learn positive dog training skills and fun training games.
Workshop details:
Jr. Trainer Workshops are for youth ages 12-18
- Only 4 participants per workshop
- Beginner and advanced workshops available
- The intermediate workshop must be completed before taking the advanced workshop
- Workshops are from 10:00am - 11:30am
- Beginner workshops are the 2nd Sunday of each month
- Advanced workshops are the 4th Sunday of each month
- The fee is $50 per workshop
- Registration is required
