Hope Children’s festival
Sweet Tree Arts is pleased to host the 8th annual Hope Children’s festival.
Originally Created and supported by Andrew Stewart and the Hope General Store 8 years ago, the Hope Children’s festival is an annual Hope event celebrating story, the arts, family and community. Each year a Maine author is invited to host the event. This year Liza Gardner Walsh will share her passion and books around Fairies and Treasure Hunting. There will be a variety of activities for children and families along with music, a raffle, and other special guests throughout the event.
There will also be a small Renaissance flare to the event - activities will be offered by children for children around the Renaissance theme, thanks to Raelin Callahan.
All families are welcome to enjoy the festival on August 23rd from 10-1pm, recommended donation $5.00 per family - all proceeds go towards the scholarship fund for Sweet Tree Arts after school programming.
Rain date Aug. 30th.
