Heated Vinyasa Flow 6:30-7:30 a.m.
Heated Yoga allows the body to produce heat faster and promotes detoxifying through sweat.
Our heated yoga classes are Vinyasa style classes linking breath with movement.
This class occurs on Monday morning from 6:30- 7:30 a.m. with Maddy Ray.
This is not a HOT yoga class. The room is heated to about 85 degrees to promote sweat.
The All Levels Class is geared for the practiced yogi to the beginner. Meeting you where you are today and guiding you through the yoga asanas.
Heated Flow Class in a slightly faster paced class linking each breath with movement.
Please check with your doctor if you have any medical conditions that might be aggravated by increased temperature such as low blood pressure, pregnancy...
What to bring: water bottle, towel, mat, comfortable fitted clothing
We do have mats available and ask that you wash them at the end of class.
