Health Matters with Kno-Wal-Lin: Winter Soul Care

Event has passed

Long Maine winters can take their toll on our emotional and spiritual well-being.  As we focus on a heart- healthy lifestyle, the state of our mind, spirit, and emotions is an essential, but unfortunately often overlooked component.  Join Kno-Wal-Lin social worker, Lauren Armstrong, LSW as she shares ways to care for our soul and cope successfully with the winter blues to make sure our “other” heart stays strong and vital.
