Herbal Revolution's traditional blend, made from organic horseradish, garlic, onions, habanero peppers, burdock root, dandelion root, hyssop, ginger, turmeric, rosemary, thyme, lemons & raw Maine honey, helps clear up sinuses, head colds & lung congestion. All ingredients are either grown organically by Kathi or sourced from a local Maine farm. The apple cider vinegar is from Sewall Organic Orchard in Lincolnville.

Friday, September 26, is the Belfast Co-op's monthly 'Love LOCAL Day', celebrating Maine's bounty.  Katheryn Langelier of Herbal Revolution (Lincolnville) will provide free samples of her handcrafted, herbal products between 11am and 3pm, which will be discounted 10% all day.

The Love LOCAL Day lunch special highlights local ingredients:  Grilled Goose River Farm (Swanville) boneless pork chop, Curra Family Farm (Knox) organic squash with pumpkin seed pesto, and Village Farm (Freedom) organic mixed greens with maple diijon vinaigrette; $9.95

ALL Maine products will be discounted 10% all day, and we're open until 9pm on 9/26 for our Final Friday Art Opening & Wine Tasting, so you have an extra hour to take advantage of these great savings!

Over the past year, Co-op customers purchased over $1,912,885 in local (Maine-grown, raised, harvested and produced) products.  The Co-op stocks over 2,200 Maine-made products.
