Ready to quit smoking? The Picker Family Resource Center invites you to attend the next session of the free Freshstart smoking cessation program. The program is designed to help participants stop smoking as quickly as possible. Freshstart teaches new techniques for ending the physical and psychological need to smoke and includes concrete tips for handling weight control and management, which are often major obstacles when quitting.
