Cherry & Sunflower Kale Salad

A tasty and healthy Fall recipe!
2 tbls FIORE Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
1 tbls FIORE Mild- to-Medium Intensity Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1-1/2 cups kale
1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup sliced red onion
2 tbls sunflower seeds
Add vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Add kale, dried cherries, carrots, onion, and sunflower seeds; toss well.
