Around the World Cooking for Kids
Young people ages 7-13 are welcome to join us for 1, 2 or all 3 Saturdays in February and March, 9-12 noon for this cooking experience. Participants will make dishes from France, Portugal and Italy in our state-of-the-art kitchen, then enjoy their creations.
Saturday, February 11th: Clovis Anjard of France join us to make some delicious baked goods typical of various regions in France.
Saturday, March 4th: Joao Bentes of Portugal to make such treats as Raivas (Angry Biscuits) and Arrepiados (Shivering Biscuits).
Saturday, March 11th: Leslie Fillnow, student of Italian for pasta and Zeppole (Italian donut holes).
